MEET WITH US ONE ON ONE

Transition, stress, and unresolved experiences can strain both veterans and the people closest to them. Real support starts with connection to someone who understands the weight of service and its impact on the whole family.

We provide one-on-one support through veterans mentoring veterans and their families, grounded in shared experience and trust. These conversations are not clinical or scripted—they are practical, honest, and focused on what you are carrying right now. If you are a veteran, or a family member, spouse, or partner of a veteran, or a civilian inspired to help, you do not have to navigate this alone. Schedule a one-on-one with us today to connect with someone who understands, can offer perspective, and will walk alongside you with respect and accountability.

After War is a veteran-founded organization built by those who understand the weight of war and the complexity of transitioning from service. We support veterans and their families through direct engagement, peer mentorship, leadership development, and sustained community—focused on restoring clarity, responsibility, and connection beyond the uniform. Our work centers on showing up consistently and ensuring no one is left to carry the aftermath alone.

After War is a project created by Operation Allies Refuge Foundation, an organization founded by veterans who served during the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan and experienced firsthand the leadership gaps, moral weight, and lack of long-term support that followed. Built by those who were there, After War exists to restore meaning, develop leaders, and ensure veterans are not left to carry the aftermath alone.
